Coin Moebius is operated by The Aquarian LLC. We respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If a merchant is selling a file that infringes your copyright, here is how to tell us.
Reporting infringing content
Send a written notice to our designated agent below that includes all of the following:
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say is being infringed.
- Where the infringing file is on our service, the product or the download link, so we can find it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Sending a notice that misrepresents that content is infringing can make you liable for damages. If you're not sure, talk to a lawyer before you send it.

What happens after a valid notice
When we receive a notice that has everything above, we remove or disable access to the file promptly and let the merchant know what was removed and why. We keep the file disabled, not deleted, so it can be restored if the merchant successfully responds.
Counter-notices
If a merchant believes their file was removed by mistake or misidentification, they can send us a counter-notice with their contact information, the file that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and their consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the file in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant tells us they've filed a court action to keep it down.
Repeat infringers
We suspend the accounts of merchants who repeatedly infringe. Suspension turns off selling and downloads for everything that account hosts. See the acceptable-content policy for what's allowed in the first place.
