When you attach a file to a product, you are using us to store it and deliver it to your buyers. That puts a few things off limits, both to keep you out of trouble and to keep us a service we can legally run. By uploading a file you confirm it follows this policy.
You must own it or be licensed to sell it
Only upload files you created, or that you have written permission to sell. Pirated media, cracked or "nulled" software, license-key dumps, leaked courses, and resold content you don't have the rights to are not allowed.
You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us only the limited permission we need to store your file and hand it to the buyers who pay for it.
Never upload, under any circumstances
Some content is off limits no matter what:
- Child sexual abuse material, or anything that sexualizes a minor. We report this to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as the law requires, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
- Content that is illegal to distribute in the United States or in your own country.
- Malware, spyware, or files built to harm, deceive, or break into someone's device or accounts.
- Stolen data, leaked databases, or other people's personal or financial information.
- Material that infringes someone's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
Also not allowed through our storage
A few more things we won't host or deliver for you:
- Hacking or cracking kits, and guides whose purpose is illegal access.
- Regulated goods that need licensing we don't support, for example firearm components or prescription drugs.
- Content that breaks the terms of the payment provider you've connected.
How we enforce this
We don't pre-screen what you upload, and we don't monitor your files. We act when we get a valid report or an automated system flags something.
When we receive a proper copyright notice we remove the file promptly and let you respond. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are suspended. Files that are illegal to possess are removed and reported. See our copyright and DMCA process for how to send or answer a notice.
Not sure? Ask first
If you're not certain whether something is allowed, email us before you upload it at [email protected]. A quick question is cheaper than a takedown.
